Never Hide Your Wings

For without them, you would not have flown above the past.

Always show them ... For they are the strength that you have become.

One of the fun things Breahna got for her birthday was a butterfly farm. We received the live caterpillars in the mail and carefully transferred them to the cage. We then all watched with rapt excitement as over the course of a few weeks the caterpillars slowly went through their metamorphic change.

After a day watching the butterflies it was time to release them. I decided to do this in front of the zoo since they have lots of flowers:

 and of course we stayed to enjoy the zoo:
